Look folds--Im 43 years old, unmotivated, a slob and have trained 3 times in the last 2 years. Is there a legit reason for him not to take this challenge. Bottom line is I say I can look better than him on September 15, 2009 than he will at his next contest.

It shouldn't take a challenge for you to exercise and eat right. You should do that for your own personal welfare and health.......
