a)it must REALLY hurt when the guy in the clip gets tattoos
b) anorexics should be commended for sparing food for the less fortunate unlike the greedy obese who take all the food for themselves

It's an psych obsessive-compulsive disorder, very similar to Bodybuilding actually.

Why can't a BB just eat some cheesecake and prime rib, why does he have to head to the gym day after day and sticks needles in his ass just tu gain a few pounds of muscle, why is he never satisfied with his body and considers himself as small when everyone else considers him at a monster.

These people just can't get outta their compulsive behaviour. The anorexic looks like a skeleton and sees a fat fuck in the mirror, while the BB looks like a monster and sees a skinny fuck in the mirror. Both diseases have to be cured with a therapy.

Hmm, not entirely sure EVERY bodybuilder has it - what about guys like Levrone and Yates who have shrunk down to reasonably normal levels and have no desire to get up to competition standard again?
