I have been practicing my posing moves between sets.  I think it intimidates people.  The kai greene/ upside down crab move is my favorite.

Considering I've been training in my gym since 96 I suppose I'm reasonably popular despite the fact I'm relatively quiet - I'll always speak to anyone who comes up to me and asks for advice and I'm always straight off to the bar after the workout's finished to banter with the staff. It's all good.

at my bally's account, I don't talk to a single soul there and that's how I like it.

at my boxingmma club everyone (fighters,trainers,staff,students) know me by name. We are very social
