Zalmay Khalilzad, a former US ambassador to Afghanistan and a key figure in US administration under George Bush, has been accused of trying to hand-pick Afghanistan's next president.

Al Jazeera's James Bays reports from Dubai, where Khalilzad is chairing a conference on Afghanistan's future.

Afghan's can't decide when to go to the bathroom...somebody has to. Better somebody who will keep a lid on bullshit there then nobody. They are'nt together enough to build concensus.
