I am just dieting for the beach so I am taking it the easy way this year  :D
1 cheat every week on the Palumbo diet is super easy IMO

I tought it would be hard but after a few days it seems your body addapts to it.

I am even gaining strenght, pretty cool way to diet.
I prefer this than the traditional carb+protein with no cheat meal for a few weeks  :-X
