I would like to see inside that 250 sq ft facility that is purportedly manufacturing THEIR OWN PRODUCT based off THEIR OWN RESEARCH. 

Take a breath, chucklehead.

Most, if not all, supplement companies use 3rd party manufacturing companies to mix and package their products.  They can also use that company's lab for research and testing.  A reputable manufacturer will insist that the product label meets regulatory laws for that product before releasing the order.

So, one or two people can run a quality supplement company, since their job is to:
1) work with a manufacturer to develop, mix, package and label the product
2) Sell the product retail or wholesale
3) Ship the product

Stop being intentionally dense.

I have found a few suppliers and found that one offers Protein that can be purchased at about 1000 lbs for 350 dollars.

Do you think once people discover how and where to buy Whey direct, that the house of cards will crumble?   I know first hand how easy it is to get this stuff DIRT CHEAP and direct and I suspect if others do the same, that essentially will cut out the middle man.

No, I personally think Species might be a good product, so we are looking into the product line on the West Coast.   No way will they put in their ingredients nor items that are not on the label.
