Hi guys,

I was wandering, what is the best gym equipment, plate loading machines etc " hard core"?

Best equipment and only equipment I will ever buy is Nebula..  I still have some hammer, but Nebula is far stronger/better than anything I've ever bought for my gym..  I have some assholes that love to break my stuff, so I must buy the best..

Pure free weights and maybe a cable machine.  The cables are the only machine I use.  Everything else is free.

And yes.  Powertec has a decent priced cable machine.

I know what you're thinking someone got suckered in on the half hour infomercial at 2 a.m but this is the epitome of HARDCORE

YOU couldn't bench 400 pounds powerods even with a bench shirt on that's how HARDCORE this is
