Looks like you overdieted, man, and lost quite a lot of lean mass. Good job though. Don't listen to the haters. Most of them on this site make hippos look lean and ripped.

You cant trust pictures. Sometime it looks better and sometime worse.

Video is always correct and near from watching directly.

Anyway, beside of these supps, eat tons of protein for protecting muscle from catabolism.

hahaha. What a irony!

His long time trainer and his wife was saying that his ass was fat and he needs to climb stair(Real stair near from his trainers gym).
Why? Cus he got injured his calf during leg press about 1 month ago and he couldnt train his legs hard. Lately, he recuperated and started to train hard again. Tomorrow is the leg day and i am thinking about put the pic of Branchs legs in front of the squat rack.
