It's a good challenge but I don't think I'd be able to do it.

230lbs for 31 reps is a tall order for me.

IM 42 HOLLLLLLLLY SHIT i can still hit 335 for a few but since i do mostly db i would lose

I'm a not ripped but not fat 215, 24 yrs and can bench that about 12 reps. Average bencher.
