hi everyone! after my w.o. after my post workout shake and even on my only cardio days first thing after cardio i like to have a huge breakfast which includes eggs and some kind of cereal, lately i've been adding a few pieces of turkey bacon and some hash browns and 2 pieces of whole grain toast .....

is this too much food at one sitting?

isn't breakfast supposed to be huge anyway?

i usually have 4 large whole eggs, a bowl of oatmeal or some other hot cereal, or a bowl of ezekial cereal with skim milk, 4 to 5 pieces of turkey bacon and some hash browns, maybe a piece of fruit too.

are hash browns good for you? should i be worried about the "white potato" bad for you stuff? i would think it's okay if you have it early in the day, yes?

what about the turkey bacon? it's supposed to be very, very lean. is it good for you or not?

i usually have this kind of breakfast 4 to 5 days a week or so the other days so i don't get sick of eggs and the rest i have a big alot of calories shake like bsn true mass,etc.

I'm not gonna read all that but turkey bacon is no good.  Just eat regular bacon.  If you read the labels you will see that turkey bacon is just as "bad" for you as the real stuff.

my opinion.(unless you got a show coming up)it's impossible to eat to much for breakfast or your post workout meal.
