Currently I am doing the following bench workout. My goal is to bench 300.
135 x 10
185 x 5
225 x 5
225 x 5
240 x 3
240 x 3
185 x 5
145 x 10 all the 145 reps and set done within 8 minutes total

145 x 10
145 x 10
145 x 10
After the bench I do Tri work
Tri extentions with that curly bar with 35 lbs on each side
for 4 sets of 8 reps.

and that is my workout on my benching day. Any Advice suggestions would be appreciated.
