Here's a pic of a friend who was a former personal training client of mine, he took 4 yrs off then started training w/me again in October and sent me this update pic today.  I think he has potential but needs to bring his legs up, thus the "upperbodybuilder" photo.  His diet isn't great and he does no cardio, works 12 hrs. third shift, etc...
