Thank you Grant.
You know whats funny, is L-Carnatine, and Pyruvate arent really that expensive raw materials to purchase and bottle. The only problem is L-carnatine, and Pyruvate in there raw form taste like Battery Acid.
Trust me once you try to consume a teaspoon of Pyruvate the flavor is so bad it never goes away.
We used to make a flavored Pyruvate drink mix, that contained 3 grams of Pyruvate per serving.Beleive it or not people to this day still talk about how well that product worked and we stopped product it 7-8 years ago, lol.
I think alot of supplement like L-Carnatine, Pyruvate, and even Kre-alaklyn get a bad wrap because people try it, but they never get the right dosage, and never stay on it long enough.
A perfect example, the makers of Kre-Alaklyn say on there bottle take 1.5 grams per day.Now Kre-Alkalyn I believe is the holy grail of all Creatines ever created. But the problem is unless you get atleast 4-5 grams a day its totally useless, I mean useless. The sad truth is 1.5 grams of even Kre-Alklayn is even enough for a 10 year old boy, lol.But since Kre-Akayln is so expensive they try ot make it cost effective.
But if you can afford to take 5 grams of Kre-Alaklyn per day, its well worth it.It makes the old Phaspagen creatine for EAS that every one raved about look like baking soda.
Also if you buy Kre-Alkalyn in capsules, take it out of the capsules, and throw the capsules in the trash. Then put the powder in a good carbohydrate drink like Waxey Maze Starch, or even grape juice.Yes Grape Juice isnt a bad transport ,its simple but it works.Just dont drink to much of it, or it will clean your pipes
