How is Garlic bread ideal for dieting? It's white bread which contains flour and in that Garlic spread is butter.
IMO there is no such thing as a "bad food" for dieting.
if u only eat a max of 400 calories of anything in one sitting, u will raise ur metabolism and not get fat.
The hard part is controlling urself and stopping eating when ur only half full.
It's all about gettin ur metabolism sky high.
You can have your cake and eat it (just one small slice at a time)
