whenever a poster makes the point that palin was grossly underqualified, the only response is "yeah, but obama..."

Seriously, did any of you really believe that flake was presidential material?  She thanked a prank caller for complimenting her porn acting.  Gimme a break.

obama is tax happy
but
he is creating 4 million jobs in the next 18 months.

how many jobs would mccain's "leave everything how it is" plan have created?

Actually the federal government doesn't create jobs.

Private industry does. He is now talking about regulating all executive pay.
I am sure that will help with job creation.

Many of the things he is talking about doing are going to really hamper the affect of any of the increased spending he is doing.

The biggest job killer is going to be the carbon tax though.

But be happy you voted for him.

I sure am as he is now helping businesses find a reason to relocate to Canada.

I have been talking Cap and Trade and Card Check for weeks.

These liberal dreamers have no idea how hard this is going to hit us.

If the respondents to the Poll are really Obama voters I guess I'm a little surprised at the results so far.

Go watch "The Obama Deception"

Obama/Bush are the same person.

Listen to the KRS 1 interview about Obama.  he is 100% correct in that Obama is the black face on the NWO agenda.

you really expect a poll like this becoming anything other than a Obama bashing thread?
If you're being honest about wanting to find out what Obama voters feel about their decision, perhaps you shouldn't ask if they regret voting for him.

Start a new thread - no poll - but just a question for Obama voters how they think he's been doing so far.

That way you'll exclude the Obama haters and foreigners and get a more accurate description.

I bet people who didn't vote for Obama voted in the poll.  Only way to be sure on this kind of poll is to not have the anonymous poll and just post the question without the poll.  For me, I'm really pissed at Obama right now but I can't translate that into wanting McCain in there which is what I take "regret" to mean.  I'd rather have Obama and fight the things I don't like.  We'd probably be nuking Iran right now under McCain and sending troops to fight Russians in northern breakaway areas of Georgia and I am absolutely sure the same if not worse stimulus bill would have been right there with McCain.

OK Hugo, go ahead and lock this thread if you want.  I will start a diff thread w/no poll like you and Hedge suggested.

::)  Oh brother- Hugo take a chill pill. I doubt even you can say with a straight face you thought McCain would have nuked Iran by now. With McCain we would be no worse off than we are now and probably a lot better off in the sense that we would have someone who knows what the fuck they're doing. Geitner wouldn't be treasury secretary for one thing. I also doubt 5 people McCain appointed would resign or have to step down because of tax troubles and corruption investigations and I am 100% sure McCain wouldn't have wasted the tax payers money on these absurd stimulus packages, bail out bills and social engineering projects. We would be much better off foreign policy wise and there would actually be a check on Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid. And also, just as an added bonus, no whackjob liberal lunatics appointed as federal judges, no mandatory youth community service bill and none of this fucking idiotic celebrity grandstanding Obama does.

The only downside to McCain being president would be Palin being Vice President. However, between her and Biden, I would probably close my eyes and pick. They are both braindead.

If the Republican party had not given us such a disappointing president the last eight years, then probably a different guy would be president now.  Obama was not elected in a vacuum.  His presidential campaign was fueled by anger at a perceived incompetent president.  My anger with the previous presidents is how they seemingly sat on their thumbs while our manufacturing base ran like a thief to other countries.
At this point someone will point an accusing finger at the labor movement.  I feel that every job should be able to support a family in the middle class with health insurance and security with only one bread winner.

The point of the whole movie is that there really is no change, just a differemt face with the same puppet masters really running the show.

Interesting to see how big difference it made when the Obama haters were effectively excluded from the polling.
Comparing this thread with the other one proves one thing - there's a lot of dishonest people around. 8)

I kind of had a hunch something was off when I saw the poll vs. what people who voted for Obama post on the board.  pretty low for people who never voted for Obama to sneek their votes in.  The usual suspects, I have a hunch who they were ;D
I didn't even vote in this poll.

So far I think Obama's doing a pretty good job.  He's certainly not another Bush term.  Not from the calculus I've seen.

McCain's ideas for healthcare, social security and economic recovery were all losers of epic proportion.  His judgment was shown to be lacking when he chose that birdbrain Palin as his #2.  I'm sorry but "drill baby drill" is not a coherent energy policy...sounds more like something from "Who's Nailin Palin".  (available at all fine adult stores).

In short, McCain was no choice at all.
