My point is, if you are training for bb'ing, then there is a need for isolation work to optimally develop each bodypart. Rear delts are a bodypart, ergo, a bodybuilder should do some direct rear delt work.
Or just be a real man and juice up, shave your head and believe hardcore = no isolation work, right?
