09 IFBB World Men's Championships

Just checked IFBB site and location of 09 mens world championships used to be listed as Dubai, (no, not India) but is now "to be determined".  Anyone know what latest location is going to be?  Is it being moved for a reason?

The IPL cricket games are being moved and they are way above the IFBB worlds in terms of importance to India.

i also heard from a friend who competed last year in the SHW-Final in Bahrain (Top 5 Finalist), that the IFBB World-Champ. maybe be held in Baku/Aserbeidschan ?
