I sleep maybe 3 to 4 hours a night.  In Hawaii I usually took 20 to 30 minute power-nap that was great and energized me.

somedays he takes naps and others he wont,i try to get him to nap everyday after i feed him lunch.its nice when he takes a 3 hour or 4 hour nap,it feels like heaven for me to sleep while he sleeps.im burnt out lately and dragging
