I saw a pic of you, the one your lying on the bed (no homo), seems that you have put on mass into shoulders and upper chest.

if you diet you will have the same amount of muscle, just without the fat !
you won't necessarly look smaller, it depends where you hold your fat

Why not just take a back double bicep photo? at 250 you should look crazy massive.
