10 gallons of oil doesn't make you strong.

Great post....

there is documented evidence that nasser has the weakest bench of any pro over 130 pounds..

That video is an example that Nasser was/is all drugs..Why would a pro who lifts weights only lift 225* 12 reps

Arab genetic suck BTW

By strongest, Bigbobs means to say that Nasser can hold him and Sharma up at the same time to switch the asshole he's fucking at any moment.

ahahahhahahaha

If the stories about him are true, then probably Ian Harrison.

Otherwise, maybe Ronnie Coleman, in part due to his deadlifts.

The Barbarians were very strong too.

Your username contains one of the strongest ever.

Nasser did 2 reps with 200 pound dumbells on seated dumbell press, witnessed and photographed by Chris Lund with Ian Harrison spotting for safety. this was done about 4 weeks out or less, from the Arnold classic in 1997 (from memory).

It's been posted before, as well as him doing barbell shoulder press with 365.

*Yawn* - this has already been addressed many times

That reminds me, we also talked about the bench press competition where he did 15 reps for 225 lbs and got questioned a lot on the boards as to why he could not or did not lift more.  He actually did not even want to do the competition but was chosen by the Weider camp and was told it was mandatory for him as it was really a competition between Muscletech vs. Weider athletes.  I am guessing he was chosen since he is one of the bigger/stronger Weider guys who was not competing at the Olympia that year.  He then defiantly decided that he would just go and do 10 reps and take off.  When the time came, he went ahead and did 15 comfortable reps instead before deciding it's enough.  That was nowhere near an actual maximum performance with 225 for Nasser.  Matt Duvall tore his chest a few weeks before the contest while he was practing for it, and Nasser did not want to risk any injury like that, and really doesn't care how much he benches as opposed to how he looks.

Your proof of his lifts are flex photoshoots where fake weights and plates are used.

Fake plates?  Then why did JP Fux have a severe leg injury from a squad attempt at a Flex photoshoot?  Must be pretty heavy "fake" weights they use  ::)
