5'11" or so and maybe 295-300 in relatively good condition, MILO magazine did a write up on him and he was a FREAK, 500 pound push presses behind the neck, 700 for reps on close stance Olympic style squats buried well below parallel, 455 for reps on steep inclines, 110 pound db front raises, fuccking beast.

;D

He was on Palubmo's radio show claiming it was real, and the large plates that look  fake were actually 50lb plates.

Made up a bullshit story about challenging the powerlifting world to a bet; if he can bench 600 then they pay him $10 000
If he can't do it, he pays them $10 000

According to him, they refused to take the bet.

He was so full of shit he said something like "sometimes i get under 200lb and it feels heavy, then other days, 600lb is no problem, it just flys up.

he had his kid spotting him for the 600lb bench and had whipped cream in hs mouth while doing it.

that clip is the biggest bunch of horseshit going, he benched 6 plates in that clip easier than Ryan Kennelly does, do you still beleive it? ::)

I don't believe that particular video for a second,
but I do believe he could be a big bencher, just not a 600lb x2 bencher.

He is a large guy, well over 250lb

I am sure this won't be the last we see of him.

405 for a few reps is feasible or maybe 455 or so for 1-2 but no fuccking way while the grass is green and the sky is blue did he do reps with 600.

Wow strong Ronnie nuthugging.

There are/were plenty of crazy strong bodybuilders around.

Just look at what The Barbarian Brothers lifted back in the EIGHTIES.

Ian Harrison. Platz's squats. Heck, Levrone on chest presses.

People act like Ronnie is the only one who handles 200 lbs DBs on chest presses. Let's not forget Platz did 180s for 6 reps weighing MUCH less back in the mid 80s. That gives you an idea about the level of strength among the stronger BBers.

What makes Ronnie a beast are his deadlifts (so close to comp. too).

90's to '09> Ronnie Coleman hands down
80's to 90> Ray Mentzer was the heaviest trainer I ever saw live.

Jonnie Jackson, No Contest

Bench Press (1 rep max.): 545 lbs.

Barbell Curl (1 rep max.): 215 lbs.

Squat (1 rep max.): 825 lbs.

Deadlift (1 rep max.): 805 lbs.

Not bad for a little guy!
