
DQ, at that price point, I would go with a used one off of Craigslist, etc... With a new one, even if it has a warranty, good luck getting them out to fix a problem at that price point...hello 30 minute hold on a 1-800 number to india.... Just call the manufacturer before you go to look at one and find out how to check diagnostics for use. Also, have the person tell you where they bought it from and be sure they are still in business, incase you need service....just some thoughts.
My suggestion: spend the extra $500. you can get great new treadmill for $1500 that will hold up really well. Pacemaster is a great brand at that price point.
