going to wake up at 4a.m.

its 30 till midnight where im at.. im planning on waking up at four doing an hour of low intensity cardio having some egg whites and going back to sleep  then wakening  up at around 8-9 have a protein shake and going to hit legs .... will this ignite my metabolism by 1093245.7392749207%

WORK PART TIME SAT AND SUN... FULL TIME STUDENT BUT ON TUES AND THURS DONT HAVE CLASS TILL 3 PM  8)

I woke at 2.45am, masterbated twice, and was asleep again at 3.00am  8)

I'm just asking dude, calm down. I did cardio on an empty stomach and I lost weight fine. Can you provide some scientific studies to back up your claims? I don't want to be doing anything detrimental to my health.

I wake up at 2:30am every day. Go to work and then do my workout and cardio. I'm in bed by 7pm...party animal I am!!!!
