The 2009 Orlando Pro, as as it is known, the 2009 Europa Show of Champions, on April 17-18th, is where Hidetada told me he will be in the top three.

He just may have a good chance too... although Darrem Charles has also entered the show in his home state.

Does not impress me at all.

Pretty good legs and arms but a very blocky torso. Gut is growing as well..

He doesn't have freaky size nor an aesthetic physique + he's short.

I can see him crack the top three in a weak line-up and if he's in shape but there's no way that he should be in the top 6 at the ASC or the Olympia.

I think he should rather focus on marketing himself as THE biggest asian bodybuilder to ever walk on this planet instead of trying to win shows which he is not going to anyway. I bet he could make a nice living off that image.. ads, guest appearances in all kinds of forms, maybe even movies ?

he will never win the Olympia, i still dont know what he won to get a pro card, 10 place welterweight at the 2002 world amateur championships and he only got 10th because 3 dudes got DQ'd for falling tests, and the fact he is got caught bringing drugs into the US, im sure musclecenter and the japanese schmoes claim he was set up

and that he is natural

I doubt that he claims natural status. And why's everybody bringing this drug story up ? Ok he brought some viagra and/or steroids with him ... so what ? He's a bodybuilder for gods sake, they use steroids.. as if this would make him a bad person. As if you guys would never break the law. There's just too many bullshit laws to obey to them.

Very few people win the Olympia! The question is can he make the top 6 at the Olympia. Or the top 10. Making the top 6 at the Olympia means you are one of the best bodybuilders in the world that year.

Would like to see Hide make the top 10 but will be difficult considering

Just being in the Olympia that year, means you're one of the best that year.
Sure, some get handouts or there is a weak lineup, but overall, if you are in the O, you can consider yourself one of the best competitors in the world.
