I eat 3 servings of fruit and 3 servings of raw vegetables every day. I usually eat raw spinach, cabbage, green and red peppers, radishes, carrots, tomatoes, english cucumber, mushrooms daily. I substitute other vegetable sometimes depending what looks good.
First 3 meals include a piece of fruit and the second 3 meals include vegetables.
My first 5 meals have complex carbs and protein included. Meal 6 is nothing but raw vegetables.
Meal 7 is strictly protein.
Cooking most vegetables is fucking disgusting.
