I would say that he's natural.
You can't really tell how big he is with him dancing around like that, but he doesn't look to be much bigger than the couch behind him.
He's probably 170lbs, but he's ripped and it's his BF % that makes people say that he looks juiced.

Im not an "expert" for sure, but this guy has at least used fatburners . but who cares. great abs though.

I don't know, I would say below 6%. I was measured once with a 7 point skin fold test (not the best judge in the world) at 5.7% and I wasn't that ripped. I'm far leaner, currently, and so logic would say I'm around 5%...but again I'm not that quite diced. Maybe he did some carb up or something, or he could just be that dry?

When I was judging his natural status, I wasn't considering fatburners being unnatural. If you consider them as using, then he's not natural. But I would definitely agree he's using some type of thermo.

Definitely could be natural, anyone who doesn't know that hasn't trained long or seriously enoug to know what's attainable with hard work, diet, etc. The muscles aren't huge, it's just a good combo of cuts and some development.

Very gay way of touching himself during this routine.

Been there done that. :D Actually i'm back on a diet now to lose the extra weight for summer.

Keep in mind that there some dudes who are naturally ripped, once they gain a little muscle like this guy that's the look.
