We have a great bbing/powerlifting/wrestling/MMA crew down here.  When we train, we train.  When we party, we party & it's always a good time!  Warning: You might have a 2 day hangover but who cares? If you train 5 on/2 off it's all good.  ;D

yeah usually I let her talk but it was just too much.
