I have deliberately cropped out hamstrings in glutes just because I don't want to here the same as crap about the issue. Just let it be known that my boy will have hamstrings and glutes in.......Troy has a renewed vision in his training and dieting and realizes the judges are going to expect nothing less than the best when he steps on this stage and I promise you he will be at his all time best. These pics are even after a week of low carbs.
