Guys he isnt a pro,he is an amateur and he has a good physique,jesus unless your perfect looking here you get flamed

taken may 3rd (4 weeks out -minus 1 day) - 213.5 in the morning, after cardio, no pump, no breakfast yet  :-\ was starving!

dude, changing things up in two weeks will make it 2 weeks too late.

that isnt water. be honest with yourself.

my recommendation to you is zero carb here on out. calories at 90-92% of your maintenance intake, protein and greens only.

hopefully whatever your running will help you hold onto your tissue, but you gotta get that fat off.
