Chainsaw update.
« on: March 25, 2009, 10:48:35 AM »
Ok my friends, my surgery was a huge success last month.
I'm in physical therapy, and that is going well.
Considering at Christmas time, I could not even move my
left arm a single inch for 2 months, and was knumb all the way
down my shoulder to my hands.  Therapy is stuff that I could just
do in the gym, but I'm afraid I'll push to much too fast, plus my insurance
pays for it, so I go.  I'm slowly building a little, very little mass on my left side.
I'm still in pain, but not too much, and sleeping is difficult.

I've been injecting b complex shots since January, and thats when my
recovery actually really started.  B complex I'm certain, repaired my nerves and I got feeling back.
My family Dr. cant believe how fast my arm has healed in such a short period of time.
I also took 200mg a week of testosterone (perscribed), and that I believe helped alot as
well, and I only wore my sling for 2 weeks instead of 6 weeks to keep the muscles
loose in my arm.  Kept my diet high in protein
as well, and took massive amounts of vitamins.
I thinking I'll be back in the gym next month.  I'm just doing cardio
now on my treadmill.

My bottom line is this, if anyone gets injured like I did, you have to take your
own recovery into you're own hands.  Had I not had those b complex injections
which I went to Mexico to get, and the Testosterone that my dr gave me,
and listened to several (specialists) that said "I was majorly injured and may never
use my left arm again, or take years to heal" and did nothing, I might be just as bad as I was in xmas 08.
I have gained a renewed appreciation for the simple things I can do now like tie my shoes
and wash a dish or prepare food which was impossible 3 months ago,
and will appreciate the gym more when I do get back in after a 6 month layoff.

Alright guys, I'll set the story straight.  chainsaw was completly tanked walking home at the end of the night.  Some people called the cops on him because he was probably acting a fool.  One 300lb parking meter maid showed up and took him down.  Is that pretty close, chainsaw?  8)

I seem to recall a story about half of the Las Vegas Police Department showing up , including S.W.A.T and A.T.F

It would be, once you include the part about him being built like Paul Bunyan
