I realized tonight I was way behind the times. It seem that MM is the NEW workout drink. I think I saw like 5 - 6 people with those mini bottles with them when training. Used to be Red Line, now its those containers. Shit, why didnt anyone tell me???
On a related note, as I was leaving this is a quote from one of the trainers as he spoke to a prospective client:
"No, you wont be using any of those protein drinks. Our goal is NOT to bulk you up. We want to preserve lean tissue". I stopped for a second and had to literally hold myself back from going over to the guy and ask how long it took him to believe his own buillshit.
