So today was leg day, and I was determined to do the 'DOV' challenge of squatting 225 for 100 reps in however sets it took (5 or 6)
So I load up the bar, the first set was with 225 and was planning on going ass to the ground to get a good stretch kinda.... As I hit the ground a loud shreeking rip occurred....
one of my best boxers ...top 3 in the rotation was destroyed...ripped along the ass crack.
