Is zero loss in strength a sure sign that you're not losing muscle?  ???

So you've lost muscle mass without a decrease in strength?  :(

yes, exactly: bench, military press, curls and deadlifts remained the same, even with 20 lbs less

If my lifts are dropping consistently, I assume I'm losing muscle.  It's probably not as simple as that but it seems like a good gauge.

thats why my priority with cutting is keeping the strength high at all costs. never go training with light weights. keep heavy pressure on the muscles dont give them a reason to dissapair.

It's a complicated mix of common sense and not being stupid.  Sort of like how a bigger metal beam is stronger than a little metal beam.

Yes, if you keep your training the same.

No, if you increase the weights you train with and train the nervous system more.

What's wrong with "you're welcome", beyond the lack of a capital and a period? You're = you are. As in, you are welcome.

Brutal dipshit.

More ATP can flow in muscle at any one time the bigger it is. Just put some water and creatine will increase ATP. just a bunch of junk fluid swelling from HGH or retarded bloat from eating salty carbs and drinking water. thus making  your carcass a bigger blob than it already has to be.
