Benz, do the drug cartels operate in your country?

If so, do they have job applications? I figure a college grad could probably rise to kingpin pretty fast.

lol to be honest, im not sure if they can be called "cartels", thats for the big leagues! there was a guy that can be considered as such but hes dead already

Damn, I was thinking Mexico but I would need Los Zetas to give me the paramilitary training and I would stick out like a sore thumb down there. Don't want my head cut off.  :'(
