I read somewhere that (heavy?) drinking can cause a 25% reduction in muscle growth.
Smoking it said causes a 10% reduction.
Drinking makes you a fat c*nt though as well.
I smoke tobacco, but only because I am addicted and can't stop.
I quit drinking years ago and never drank much even when I did.
Anything that makes you feel like shit the next day like that does can't be good. Then theres the brain damage alcoholics get.
