My mom bought me these book. Because she says i eat too much protein. Her friend, that is a doctor told her to read it, then she bought me a copy. $:-\$ it's still seating there, on my book self, for some time now. I'm going to look over it this weekend so i can say i read it. Has anyone read this vegan falcon-ish crap?

i doubt it as the okinawans from japan eat the same fish and they have some of the longest life spans in the world.

i think the chinese are so weak due to the massive population, and scarcity of food. i.e. ultra low calories

ultra low calories was determined to be the cause of okinawans longer life span in a documentary I watched. For dinner think half a boiled carrot and some spices, that type of thing.

its not all about diet, but other western ways like vaccinations and how they effect society, do yourself a favor and read the book and dont be an idiot
