That's excessive...With that logic, you can be taking in over 8 liters of water per day, where the recommended amount is between 2-3 liters. That's the type of idea that can lead someone to water intoxication and potentially death if they don't divide their fluid intake."1"
If he's got anything to do with LA Muscle then he's an idiot. They're a bunch of con artists.
About as natural as Stavios.....
I believe Rob is natural...unlike many others
Take a look at Debusseys post above. It's all about what goals you are aspiring to achieve, and the "genetical threshold" needed to have a chance in the first place. Once you are at least "good enough", you can get into the field and get results, the the "better" you are, the more output you can get from your efforts. At the same time, studies have shown that when you have a bunch of people that are "good enough", the amount of work they put in becomes the most important determining factor. The best in almost any field have put in an enormous amount of work.
Rob Riches Bitches!
very good. this is what bodybuilding should be about.
let's not get carried away here...you're supposed to be big too
anything a person is able to influence.. or control aside - genetics are what will determine results.genetics.. are everything.
