My brother has a naturally big chest so he doesn't train it because he doesn't want it getting any bigger are you going to crack on him for that?

ha i get to lazy to open it. yes i would need to lose atleast 15 probably more to look shredded just trying to do it with losing minimal muscle so its taking forever.
