lets have a max 225 deadlift for reps competition  lol  ;D

My lower back's idea of a nightmare. I suppose it's a weight that it would be difficult to hurt yourself with...

I have a better idea....

how about deadlift bodyweight plus 10 % for reps ?

that way anyone that's smaller has more of an equal chance !

Honor.....TA? Funny!

Next contest is most likely going to be a Squat contest. We have been planning to do so for some time. Just not a lot of time to watch and judge right now. People will most likely be pissed at how the judging goes on in that one, haha!

then honor kroc and do something along the lines of his 40rep drop set... :o
