I'vd got a tear in my right bicep tendon. Doctors think it's unnecessary to perform surgery. Every once in a while after a medium to hard arm workout this shit happens. That's why I'm sticking with the 45lb dbs these days.

Stallone always had the ability to get cut up. He probably has that body type (ectomorph/mesomorph). He probably struggled to bulk up. Thats why I think his 'abuse' was for the Rocky film...you can see the difference. I'm not saying he hasn't abused stuff, I have no idea.

You can see his work ethic in the video, he works out very hard and does a lot of athletic training/cardiovascular work, not just the weights. I do think he is on HRT, he has admitted that. With the way he trains, his genetics, and being on HRT, it can give him that lean muscular ripped look. Most guys who abuse anabolics get bloated. Most guys that abuse GH eventually get a big gut. He has neither. Perhaps its a debate of use vs abuse.
We are all going to be old someday. Hopefully, we can get our bodys to still respond by hard work and HRT like Stallone. He looks phenominal to me. I don't like the plastic surgery, facials and all that, but I want to be in the best shape possible when I am older. Lean muscular and healthy.

u nailed it ...stallone is the last of his breed still going to the limit,arnold was there long time up till terminator 3 looked great,but he has totally different build/look than stallone,sly loves or lives for that guido/star thing till death and thats a good thing,but the guy is somewahat cultured too ,he's into art,food,living good,god bless him,money gives u those things .

i havn't really read this thread, just skimmed it. But I think Stallone is more of a steroid abuser now than he has ever been, besides the fact he was busted for steroids a while back.

I think this because when he was younger, in his prime, he trained with Franco for Rambo part 2 and said Franco put him through hell to get him in that good of shape in such a short time and said everything was timed, stallone couldnt eat any food, take any supplements or any sort of pills, or drink anything, etc without franco's approval. Afterwards Stallone said he'll never do that again, that it was too much.

And for him to be 62 years old and bigger and more vascular than he was in his prime, when he apparently trained harder, I think just shows that he's using a lot more these days.

Just my 2 cents.
