nope..did it on my own....locked myself in a room....gave my wallet to my girl....left my car with a friend and spent 2 weeks throwing up, shaking,shivering and barely being able to walk or have a coherent thought....shoulda seen my eyes..they were a mix of red and yellow..

red from bursted capillaries (while puking) and yellow from the severe jaundice...yeah..if i did walk it ws haunched over on to one side...

fine now!

i once gave myself a break and had a glass of wine just to see..to see if i'd crave more n more again...but i didn't...sipped my 1 glass...played some pool and left...felt good to be .."normal" again..


plus ..is kinda nice not waking up every morning shaking till i'd get my first gulp of scotch in....or not remembering pretty much of anything...or feeling like shit all the time
