Heartburn and very dark yellow piss when dieting

Does this happen to you?  Is it normal?  Is it a good sign?

The heartburn happens randomly between meals.  Dark coloured piss happens practically every time I piss.  I'm not taking any multivitamins either (I know some vitamins can cause it).

How much water are you taking in and are you on any "special" supplements?
