peanutbutter must be an american thing,i tried it once and did't think it tasted good

wholefoods has this almond-peanut butter which is quite good a not too bad on the pocketbook 7 dollars a pound.

Peanut butter is good, but Nutella is simply delicious - I down a few spoonfuls of it everyday - it's like eating chocolate with a spoon.

If you are eating only a couple of spoonfuls a day, it doesn't make much of a difference, but per se, Peanut butter is probably better cause it's more 'natural' and it's constituent fatty acid profile is better than that of Nutella's.

Guys if you're eating peanut butter make sure it's the natural or organic kind.  All the other grocery store brands like Skippy, JIF etc. have hydrogenated vegetable oils and loads of corn syrup.  Just look at the ingredients.  Skippy has a Natural kind that has that Best Chef's Taste Award logo on it.  Tastes really good and has sugar instead of corn syrup and no hydrogenated vegetable oils.
