i eat peanutbutter everyday

100 to 150 grams before bedtime, with small pieces of nuts in it its a easy meal and addictive

Guys if you're eating peanut butter make sure it's the natural or organic kind.  All the other grocery store brands like Skippy, JIF etc. have hydrogenated vegetable oils and loads of corn syrup.  Just look at the ingredients.  Skippy has a Natural kind that has that Best Chef's Taste Award logo on it.  Tastes really good and has sugar instead of corn syrup and no hydrogenated vegetable oils.
