Some good points...except it has nothing to do with them competing against TODAY'S crop of BBers....all the guys you just mentioned are retired, and dont have to compete against todays crop of guys...

True...but why?
Why are todays amateurs not as good as amateurs of old?
Is it training?
Is it drugs?
Is it nutrition?
Is it distractions faced in todays world that werent apparent in the 90's?
It really makes you wonder

not to beat a dead horse but kev,flex,cormier,taylor for example would easily fill around or place higher than heath,silvio,kai,dex,.the original 4 said and these top 4 guys now are almost all identical in some way build,shape,conditioning wise.bbing was good then and is still good ,but the quality and names then were more known than today,internet changed it all,the magazines then is all u had ,now its all ads and the internet is now for gossip and pics.either way its all good.
