Benadryl and Ephedra - okay to take together?

I know ephedra has some MAOI warning. thanks!

Ive done it before, and had no problems. but that doesn't mean I'm endorsing it! I let the ephedrine wear off a little before I took the benadryl.

they are great to take together, benadryl will help keep your ephedra working, (will help keep you from building a tolerance)
