Not synthol, site injections. When people use synthol you get a soft/inflated/puffy look. Ruhl is hard/vascular and shredded.. just site injections into the biceps. Nothing, take a look back 2,3,4 years he's always had that peak.

And it sounds like the damn machine is about to snap, imagine getting that handlebar on his face when hes pulling 300pounds and it snaps and hits him lol.
