Creatine Question

    So the other day i was training back and next to me was a fat 220lb dude screaming his ass ofdoin "power Curls" He said he was  doing 5X5. Anyways too say the least this tard was doin 3X5... Later on he started reccomending supps i walked away pretending to be in the "zone" He said he was on creatine... first thing i asked are u still tryin to lose weight he said yeah?? Wtf im pretty new at working out but doesnt creatine generally used for weight gain?

creatine enables you to work harder in the gym, and also increases your water retention. So it will make you able to gain muscle faster and it will increase your weight because of the water retention.

So creatine is "bad" for losing weight, but for fat loss it is indifferent
