There seem to be quite a few of these here. Why do Americans have so much hostility towards Europeans?

yes, it was said with such malice and bad intentions to hurt the other man for being european.

I know a few Europeans that live in the States who look down on Americans. They think they're entitled to do so because as immigrants to a foreign country they've achieved the American dream of owning a house, decent car and good career. They think they're better than a lot of Americans because they've worked hard and became successful and people who have lived in this country for generations are too lazy to take advantage of opportunities.
