Exactly! Why not use a forklift and just do 10,000 lb while you are at it? Lifting with shirts is the powerlifting equivalent of using Synthol to increase the size of a bodypart - it's total BS. Powerlifters who say it's as legit as doing a raw lift are just kidding themselves. Either you lift something on your own or don't do it at all. Funny how bench shirts have BS for their acronym ;D
